The Effect of High Potency Statins on the Risk of Incident Diabetes in Patients with Occlusive Vascular Disease
This Statistical Analysis Plan is from one of the first studies conducted by CNODES. This protocol has been modified for training use with the CNODES Simulated Data Sets. The modifications account for differences between the simulated data sets and actual administrative health data. It is important to note that adaptations made may not reflect the scientific intent of the original protocol, and may not be adaptations that would be appropriate in an actual study. We have kept as much of the original protocol wording as possible, to give an accurate sense of how CNODES protocols are written to account for differences in data across sites.
